SHUBHAM FOUNDATION is a registered society under societies act 1860. It was established in January 2015 & providing free education to underprivileged children and conducting skill training programmes & EDPs at Nawada village in sector-62, NOIDA. Our foundation is registered handholding agency on Stand up India Portal. Shubham Foundation is registered with NITI Aayog NGO DARPAN Portal and has 80 G approval.
President's Profile
Dr. Vandana Mathur did Ph.D in Entrepreneurship and having rich experience in teaching (MBA students), training, research and mentoring. She is certified National Entrepreneurial Motivational trainer from NIESBUD and conducted many National and International training programmes. She has developed more than 40 case studies of successful entrepreneurs and written book ‘Inspired Entrepreneurship’ containing 20 case studies was released by NIESBUD on International Women’s Day. She is providing handholding support to budding entrepreneurs through SIDBI Stand up India Portal. She got 2nd prize in Annual case study competition organized by IIPA , New Delhi & have organized many business plan competitions in Amity University & written book ‘Complete handbook on Business Plan’. She has presented research papers in many National and International conferences & published many research papers in reputed journals & written many books. In 2019, she has prepared course content of 2 years MBA on Waste Management for Ministry of HRD and book was released by Ministry during National Conference on Waste Management held in April, 2019 at Hyderabad.

MAJOR OBJECTIVES
EDUCATION
To run educational and vocational school or institution to bring education within the reach of poor and backward children by providing free education or at a very nominal cost to those who are deprived of it.
To make efforts for the education, welfare & development of women, children & backward community in both urban and rural areas of the country.
TRAINING
To arrange training programmes for beneficiaries under various programmes of government.
To conduct development programmes so that the process of setting up enterprises by beneficiaries/entrepreneurs is accelerated.
RESEARCH
To undertake research either on behalf of the association or sponsorship by various organisations & institutions enabling policy makers, development agencies to take more pragmatic decisions.
To undertake research which could analyze issues connected with women & children of the country.
HANDHOLDING SUPPORT
To provide handholding support to new entrepreneurs/beneficiaries in starting their enterprises.
To help in preparing bankable project report and filling application for loan.
HEALTH CAMPS
To organize and take up health and welfare programs for needy
women and children on priority basis.
To conduct health & dental camps from time to time.
